工作人员：

Hi , how can I help you?

你好，请问需要什么服务？

你可以说:

Hi, I have a reservation and I’m here to pick up my car.

你好，我之前有预约过，我现在需要取车。

工作人员：

Alright, Can I have your name, id and the confirmation number please?

好的，请出示一下你的姓名和身份证件，以及确认码。

之后工作人员会跟你确认你要租的车（model）、租车时长（rental period）、还车时间（drop-off date）、费用(rental fee)以及需要买的 保险(insurance coverage)。

工作人员：

How many drivers?

驾驶员有几位？

Can I have your driver’s license please?

需要提供一下你的驾照。

Your deposit will be xxx.

押金是xxx。

然后需要签一些rental agreement 租赁协议，之后就可以拿到钥匙去取车了。

还车

还车时非常方便，只需把车开到还车点，把车钥匙给到工作人员就可以了。

可以说：

Im here to return the car. I’m dropping off the car.

驾车时注意事项

1. 礼让行人 yield to the pedestrians

2. 注意限速和路标 traffic signs

国外最常见的交通标志

stop sign：车需要在标记的线前停3秒，才可以通行

3. 如果遇到亮警灯的警车(police car)、消 防车(fire engine)时需要靠边让行。

亮停车标志的校车(school bus)时需要， 后面跟的车辆也需要靠边停下

B: Yes, that’s right.

B: OK. Here’s my Chinese driving license.

好的，这是我的中国驾照。

A: Alright, here’s your key and you are all set.

好的，这是你的车钥匙，一切都可以了。
